Nettles

This multi-purpose plant can be eaten as well as used medicinally and the fibers can be made into cloth. Rich in minerals like iron, silicon, and potassium, it has astringent and antiseptic properties, and is known for bringing balance to the kidneys and adrenal glands. Common uses for nettles are intense menstrual cycles, internal & external bleeding, bronchitis, rheumatism, gout, and hemorrhoids.
